The Nebraska Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehab Network (NCVPRN) Board of Directors is a dedicated group of professionals committed to advancing best practices, improving patient outcomes, and supporting cardiopulmonary rehabilitation programs across the state.

President - Dani Ronk

MA, ACSM, CEP - CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center at Bergan Mercy

Provides strategic leadership and oversight to advance the mission of the NCVPRN. Guides board operations, fosters collaboration across the network, and ensures the successful execution of key initiatives that strengthen organizational impact.

President Elect - Ashleigh Brown

RN, BSN, CCFRP - Gothenburg Health

Supports the NCVPRN President and gains comprehensive insight into board operations in preparation for assuming the presidency. Plays an active role in strategic planning and key organizational initiatives. 

Treasurer - Dee Dee Leinen

BSN - Methodist Hospital

Oversees all financial functions of the organization, including budgeting, expense tracking and financial reporting. Ensures fiscal accountability and prepares regular updates for the board.

Secretary - Angie Swantek

RN - Boone County Health Center

Maintains official records by documenting and distributing minutes from board meetings. Supports board operations through timely communication and accurate documentation.

Member at Large - Heather Valasek

RN - Howard County Medical Center

Provides a member-focused perspective to board discussions and decisions. Actively contributes to board initiatives, committee work, and strategic projects as assigned.
