This organization shall be known as the Nebraska Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Network (NCVPRN), a recognized joint affiliate chapter of the American Association for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation(AACVPR), and is incorporated as such according to the Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation
