Barry Franklin Barry A. Franklin, PhD, currently serves as Director, Preventive Cardiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation, Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital, Royal Oak, MI, as well as Professor, Internal Medicine, Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. He served as president of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and the American College of Sports Medicine. Dr. Franklin is a past editor in chief of the Journal of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Prevention and currently holds editorial appointments with 16 other scientific and clinical journals. He has authored, co-authored, or edited more than 700 scientific and clinical publications, including 592 papers, 103 book chapters, and 27 books and has given ~1200 invited presentations worldwide. In 2015, he was listed by Thomson Reuters among the World's Most Influential Scientific Minds (Clinical Medicine).

Debbie Baker will provide information on requirements for reimbursement, oversight, treatment plans, and other regulatory requirements. There is no cost for this event, but seating is limited.
