Board members shall be elected at the annual meeting and serve until the expiration of the term for which he or she is elected.
Members of the executive committee of the Board of Directors consist of the President, President-Elect, Secretary, Immediate Past-President, and Treasurer. The four Committee Chairman will serve as members of the Board for their term.
