The Program Certification Leadership is introducing a new requirement to maintain certification status beginning in May 2018. The introduction of the “Annual Report” will help ensure each program certified through AACVPR has up-to-date information and tools needed to maintain the current standards required for certification.

The Annual Report process is required for several reasons, including:

  • To attest to continued compliance with all AACVPR Program Certification requirements
  • To keep AACVPR-certified programs continually aware of the current Program Certification application requirements
  • To provide organizations the opportunity to update demographic and contact information prior to the actual application period. By maintaining current information, AACVPR will be able to communicate effectively with your organization about Program Certification.
The implementation of the Annual Report will only affect one years’ worth of certified programs, i.e. those programs who are currently in the year prior to their recertification date. This requirement does not have any cost but will be a mandatory component to remain certified. AACVPR Program Certification Leadership will provide numerous tutorial documents for those programs that are not familiar with the new application platform.

Annual Report forms will be available May 7, 2018, and is to be completed by July 31, 2018, via the application portal. To access the application portal on May 7th, make sure you are signed in to your AACVPR account and click the "My Programs" button on the top of the page. Once in "My Programs", click into your facility's application.

Please click here for tutorial documents on navigating the annual report.
