Program Certification: New Year Updates

The dawn of a New Year brings Program Certification to the forefront for many of you this year. The application opened on December 1 and will close at the end of February. This is the year of the outcome measures we have been talking about for a while now, and that brings us some new changes in the application. You will also find out we have a different platform for the application this year. We truly wanted to get a more user-friendly application platform, and we really believe we have achieved this.
As always, we want all of our members to feel well supported in their endeavors of achieving certification. We still have all kinds of resources available on the website. The certification center is available. We do warn you, however, that during the application months, you should expect a slight delay in responses due to the peak volume of questions during Dec-Feb. We encourage you to refer to the application and FAQ page; most of your questions will be answered in those two areas.
Take a deep breath, take your time and showcase your programs in this process. The program certification team knows you all do invaluable work in your programs, and we want to see you shine during this time. Just like Santa Clause checks his list twice, we want you to do the same with your application. Double-check to make sure you have all of your stuff, and then — and only then ― click submit.
