Overall, 2018 exceeded PCC expectations for the CCRP certification and Recertification efforts. We saw 153 candidates pass the CCRP exam, resulting in a 70.8 percent pass rate. Recertification was also strong, with 262 certificants recertified (71.3 percent recertification rate).

As of January 1, 2019, AACVPR has 911 CCRPs!

What’s new in 2019?

The PPC introduced computer based exams in 2017, with the final paper based exam offered at the 2017 AACVPR Annual Meeting in Charleston, South Carolina. Candidates are offered four separate exam windows each year to take the CCRP exam, at Pearson VUE Professional Testing Centers Nationwide.

The PCC strives to make the CCRP exam the best possible experience and are happy to announce that candidates will have access to immediate scoring beginning with the February 2019 exam window. Immediate scoring allows candidates to receive their exam results at the completion of their exam. Candidates that achieve a passing score can use their CCRP designation immediately. Candidates that do not receive a favorable outcome will receive a score report with diagnostic information on all content areas included in the CCRP exam.

The CCRP exam windows for the remainder of 2019 are below:

  • May 1- 31, 2019
  • September 1 – 31, 2019
  • November 1 – 30, 2019
Please use this link to review the application deadlines for each window and the candidate guide for additional exam information.
